We fulfill orders from ALL FIVE of our store locations depending on item brand and availability! Items must be returned to the store location in which it was shipped from. Each item must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free.  Make-up free & stain free.  All original tags must be attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

  • Sale items
  • Items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale of 30% off or more.
Homecoming suits and homecoming hats are excluded from our return policy for refund/store credit and can only be EXCHANGED for another homecoming suit and homecoming hat. Homecoming suits and Homecoming Hats are also excluded from any discounts and/or discount codes.

Online returns postmarked back to us within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a refund of item(s) to the original form of payment (excludes shipping) OR the amount of the item(s) (excludes shipping) in store credit. Store Credit never expires. We receive new styles weekly and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

Invoice and Phone Order returns postmarked back to us within 14 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only. Invoice return qualifies as an item purchased via PayPal invoice.

    Bring it back / ship it back within 7 days of purchase for store credit only! After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns on in store purchases.

      WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN?

      Before making a return, please refer to the entirety of our return policy to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

      Please look to receipt to see which return form location you need for your order. Once you have located which return form your need click on the below return forms to print. Once printed, please fill out the return form and add it with your package.

      Once we receive your return, please allow 14 business days for return processing. You will be notified by email once your return is processed. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases (online or in store).

       

      WHY CAN I ONLY USE MY STORE CREDIT AT ONE LOCATION?
      As small businesses we cannot crossover inventory between our locations. We are all separate entities and do our absolute best to serve all our customers.
      • If you are close to one of our locations and shop locally but have credit with another location, our in-store stylists will gladly help you in finding an item and checking if it is available at the location in which your store credit is issued to apply it. 
      • If you see something you like via our website www.herringstonesboutique.com or Instagram's (@herringstones, @heirloombyherringstones, and @heirloom_houma) you can contact that location and they will be happy to assist you in applying your store credit to the item(s) you are interested in!  

      ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

      HOMECOMING SUITS:

      Homecoming suits ordered online are excluded from our online refund policy. Homecoming suits ordered online and purchased in store are eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY. Homecoming suits and hats can only be exchanged for another homecoming suit or homecoming hat.

      SHIPPING:

      Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

      • Return shipping: We strongly suggest choosing a shipping option that provides you with a tracking number so that you can make sure your return makes it back to us. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.
      • Please see our shipping + handling page for complete policy/details on shipping!
      DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

      If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email herringstonescs@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.

      • We reserve the right to refuse a returned item that was reported as damaged if the items show any sign of wear.   
      INCORRECT ORDERS: 

      We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, this is for you! Let us know by emailing herringstonescs@gmail.com with your order number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. We'll send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you've received the label, please send back the incorrect item within 3 days so that we can ship you the correct item. 

        EXCHANGES:

        Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not guarantee direct exchanges simply because we cannot promise that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our department. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you will need to contact us immediately so we can try and pull the item or size (if available) which you wish to exchange.

        PRICE ADJUSTMENT:

        We’re sorry but we are unable to offer price adjustments should an item on the site be marked down after you have purchased, or for temporary promotions/discounts. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing order.
