  • All unworn/unaltered merchandise may gladly be exchanged for a store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Sale items, jewelry, sunglasses, belts, or gift certificates are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
  • All merchandise must be returned in their original unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition. Original tags MUST be attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox and in the condition they were received. Merchandise returned with make up marks, stains, or any fowl odors WILL NOT receive store credit and will be returned to customer.
  • Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and the shipping charges applied to your card.
  • If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact customer service within 3 days of receiving items.


  • Before making a return, please refer to the return policy (see above) to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
  • Complete the return form shipped with your package and include it with your returned items along with original receipt.
  • Make sure to ship items back to location they were shipped to you from (see packing slip or receipt for location).
  • Once your package is received, please allow 10 business days for return processing. Once your return is processed you will be notified by email your store credit amount.
