INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN:
- Before making a return, please refer to the return policy to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
- Complete the return form shipped with your package and include it with your returned items along with original receipt. NOTE: You can print a return form off here (see below), please look to receipt to see which return form location you need for your order. Once you have located which return form you need, click on the below return forms to print.
- Make sure to ship items back to location they were shipped to you from (see packing slip or receipt for location). If you have any questions on where your package was shipped from please email email@example.com.
- Once your package is received, please allow 14 business days for return processing. Once your return is processed you will be notified by email.
