- We fulfill orders from BOTH of our store locations (Monroe + Lafayette) depending on item brand and availability!
- If you would like your order shipped from a specific location please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on our customer service line (337) 356-2079 and we can check availability for you.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN
- Before making a return, please refer to the return policy to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
- Complete the return form shipped with your package and include it with your returned items along with original receipt.
- Make sure to ship items back to location they were shipped to you from (see packing slip or receipt for location).
- Once your package is received, please allow 10 business days for return processing. Once return is processed you will be notified by email your store credit amount.
- While we do provide a return/exchange form in our shipments, due to limited quantity of inventory, we cannot guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or item, you will need to contact us immediately so we can try and pull the item or size (if available) which you wish to exchange. - Store credit is issued to whichever store location your order was shipped from.
- To figure out which store location your order was shipped from, look to your receipt and/or return form shipped with your order.
APPLYING STORE CREDIT
- If you see an item on our instagram or online you would like to apply your store credit to from a return, give us a call at (337) 356-2079 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the item and we would be glad to help locate if that item/size is available at the location which your store credit was issued.
