    FULL-TIME STORE MANAGER -- LAFAYETTE

HerringStones Lafayette is looking for a confident, inspiring leader to take the lead at the heart of our brand. As our store manager, you’ll oversee daily store operations, lead and develop your team, and create the elevated shopping experience HerringStones is known for.

We’re searching for someone with strong leadership energy, a passion for fashion, and the ability to motivate a team while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and is excited to grow with a women-led company rooted in style and connection.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead, motivate, and inspire the Lafayette store team
• Drive sales goals and create strategies to maximize store performance
• Deliver an elevated customer experience through styling and relationship-building
• Oversee merchandising, visual displays, and overall store presentation
• Manage scheduling, staffing, training, and daily operations
• Collaborate with HQ leadership, marketing, and buying teams on launches and events
• Help bring the HerringStones brand to life both in-store and online

LEAD STYLIST + BRAND COORDINATOR -- LAFAYETTE

HerringStones Lafayette is looking for a Lead Stylist + Brand Coordinator to join our team and help lead both the customer experience and our creative brand presence.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced boutique environment, has a strong eye for style and aesthetics, and is excited to combine sales, styling, content creation, and marketing into one dynamic position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead and inspire customers on the sales floor through elevated styling experiences
• Create engaging content for social media, campaigns, launches, and daily storytelling
• Assist with graphics, creative projects, and brand marketing initiatives
• Support collection launches, in-store events, and promotional campaigns
• Work closely with our leadership and creative teams to bring the HerringStones brand vision to life
• Help maintain the look, feel, and voice of our brand across platforms and in-store experiences
