As our Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside store leadership to motivate our stylists, drive sales, build meaningful customer relationships, and keep our store looking and feeling its absolute best. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead by Example – Support daily store operations, motivate your team, and create a positive, high-energy work environment.
• Style with Confidence – Deliver personalized styling experiences that make every customer feel welcomed, beautiful, and confident.
• Drive Results – Help achieve sales goals, encourage team performance, and identify opportunities to grow the business.
• Create the Experience – Assist with visual merchandising, new arrivals, floor displays, and maintaining our signature Heirloom atmosphere.
• Build Relationships – Connect with customers, develop lasting relationships, and inspire loyalty through exceptional service.
• Support Your Team – Help train, coach, and develop stylists while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and positivity.

• Style customers and build complete outfits for every occasion

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor

• Support in-store events, launches, and social content when needed
• Learn product knowledge and confidently recommend pieces
