SHIPPING + HANDLING

We know you will be anxiously waiting for your package to arrive to your front door, so please read below to see our shipping details. Our customers are our number one priority and we want to make sure your order is shipped to you as soon as possible!

 

Shipping Rates:

We currently only offer one flat rate $6.00 shipping option.

 

Delivery:

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once the package is on the truck, there is a 1-6 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

*Please note that HerringStone's does not guarantee shipping on Saturdays and does not ship on Sundays or holidays.

*While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, HerringStone's cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.

  

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 1-3 business days of your order date. Our friends at USPS pick up our shipments at the beginning of each business day. We also try our best to dispatch orders that are ready to ship every afternoon before 3:45pm CST, Monday to Friday.

 

Do we offer overnight shipping?

Not at this time. If you need an item quickly, we recommend giving us a call because we can charge overnight shipping through our storefronts. Or come by one of our store locations!

 

Where do HerringStone's and HeirLoom by HerringStone's ship to?

We currently only ship within the United States.

 

How do I know the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order is processed, you will receive another email with a USPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the hyperlink in your email or by tracking your number at usps.com. 

 

Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?

If you notice your address is incorrect when you receive your confirmation email, please reach out to herringstonesmarketing@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your order. We ask that in your email you include your first and last name, your order number and what changes need to be made.

 

What happens if my package is refused or sent back to the sender?

If your shipment is refused or returned to the sender, you will receive an email notifying you once the package arrives back to the storefront it was shipped from. If a package is returned due to an insufficient shipping address, the customer is responsible for the original and new shipping charges. This amount must be paid before items are re-shipped to the customer's correct shipping address. Payments are emailed to customers through an online invoice. You have 7 days after the email is sent to respond to HerringStone's before your order goes through the returns process for store credit.

*NOTE: The original shipping charge will be subtracted from the store credit.

 

What happens if my package is never delivered or stolen?

Log on to www.usps.com to file a missing package or damaged package claim. HerringStone's is not liable for USPS Mail packages that are lost or stolen. Please email herringstonesmarketing@gmail.com for assistance in filing an insurance claim. If the claim is denied, HerringStone's will not offer a refund or replacement.
