RETURN POLICY

 

EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2022

We only offer EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT for returns. All return requests must be made within 17 days of the order being received. Items must be returned to us within the 17 days. Returns that exceed this limit will not be accepted. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Once a return is delivered, please allow 5 business days for it to be processed.

Store credit will be issued on the same platform from which the item was purchased. Example: If purchased on our app, credit will be applicable on the app. If purchased through our website, store credit will be issued to the website. Store credit with our app or website cannot be used in store locations.

 

Each item must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free.  Make-up free & stain free.  All original tags must be attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. 
The follow items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Homecoming Hats
  • Swimwear / Bodysuits
  • Sale items
  • Mystery Box Items
  • Doorbuster Deals
  • Items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale of 30% off or more.
Homecoming suits are excluded from any discounts and/or discount codes.

      HOW IT WORKS: To start a return, head to our you'll click the 'start your return box' just below this section. Here, you select the items you'd like to return and the reason for the return. Next, select the way you would like to return the items. 

      If you selected to ship the item back to us, you will receive an email with a link to download a return label. Once your return is received, we will process your return.

      **If you purchased your items on our APP please make sure to enter your ONLINE order # and NOT your APP # in our return portal**

      FOR PURCHASES MADE VIA INVOICE OR PHONE ORDER:

      Invoice and Phone Order returns postmarked back to us within 14 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only. Invoice return qualifies as an item purchased via PayPal invoice.Store Credit never expires. We receive new styles weekly and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out! 
      Please note: Store credit can only be used at the location in which the item was shipped from.

      FOR PURCHASES MADE IN STORE:

      Bring it back / ship it back within 7 days of purchase for store credit only! After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns on in store purchases. Store Credit never expires. We receive new styles weekly and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

      HOMECOMING SUITS:
      Homecoming suits are FINAL SALE. Homecoming suits and hats purchased in stores can only be exchanged for another homecoming suit or homecoming hat.

      SHIPPING:

      Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

      PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

      We’re sorry but we are unable to offer price adjustments should an item on the site be marked down after you have purchased, or for temporary promotions/discounts. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing order. 


      LOST PACKAGES:
      HerringStone's is not responsible for LOST OR STOLEN packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your order. herringstonescs@gmail.com
