Online returns
We offer exchanges or store credit on online orders. Request your return within 17 days of receiving your order, and make sure it's back to us within that same window. Returns received after 17 days, or items that don't meet the conditions below, will be shipped back at your expense.
Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Store credit is sent as an online gift card to the email address on your order.
Store credit is issued on the platform you bought from: purchases on our website get website credit, and purchases in our app get app credit. Online store credit can't be used in our stores.
Invoice and phone orders
Returns postmarked within 14 days of delivery are eligible for store credit. This includes items bought through a PayPal invoice. Credit can be used at the store that shipped your order and never expires.
In-store purchases
In-store purchases can only be returned to the store where you bought them. Bring or ship your item back to that store within 7 days of purchase for store credit. Credit can be used at that same store and never expires.
Return conditions
Items must be returned in the condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, and free of makeup, stains, deodorant, perfume and smoke, with all original tags attached. Shoes must come back in their original box. We reserve the right to refuse a return that doesn't meet these conditions.
Final sale

- Swimwear and bodysuits
- Mystery box items
- Doorbuster deals
- Items bought with a discount code or temporary sale of 30% off or more
- Homecoming suits and hats (exchange only, see below)
Homecoming 2026 suits and hats: exchange only
Homecoming suits and hats can't be returned for store credit, and suits are excluded from all discounts and discount codes. If your suit isn't right, contact us to exchange it for another style. If you're buying a suit for homecoming, email herringstonesCS@gmail.com or call or text 225-278-4823 so we can note your order.
Shipping costs
Original shipping fees aren't refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping method; we're not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, defective or missing items
We check every order before it ships, but mistakes happen. Report damaged, defective or missing items within 3 days of delivery by emailing herringstonesCS@gmail.com with a photo, your full name and your order number. Please report before wearing the item, and leave the tags on.
Price adjustments
We can't offer price adjustments if an item is marked down after you buy it, or for promotions that started after your order. During a promotion, make sure your discount is applied before you check out.
